1. Orders will be process within 1-5 business days.

2. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

3. There is a 48hr return policy with a 20% restocking fee. You must have the original sales receipt and the customer is to pay shipping for returned items.  Please verify with Full Moon Motor Sports, LLC that the item(s) you are ordering will properly fit your bike before placing an order.  No items that have been altered or damaged will be elgible for a return or refund.  Orders that are considered custom parts i.e. electronics, engines etc..are not elgible for a refund/return unless a processing error was made by Full Moon Motor Sports, LLC.  The customer responsible for the return shipping of ther part(s).

4. Warranty claims: contact Full Moon Motor Sports to request a RMA# before returning any products for warranty repair or service. Full moon motor sports will advise you on whether to return the item to the manufacturer or to Full Moon.  Full Moon Motor Sports, LLC is an authorized dealer for all products we sale, feel free to contact us to discuss any warranty issues you may have.

5.  There is a 48hr order cancellation policy.  Any orders cancelled after 48 hrs are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.  Changes an additions to orders must be made prior to the 48hr window

6.  Price Matching: Full Moon Motor Sports, already offers low fair pricing on all the parts and merchandise we carry.  If you find another competitor with a better total price inluding, shipping & tax pls submit your request to sales@fullmoonmotorsports.com.  We will do our best to counter a fair reasonable offer from a reputable authorized dealer.

7.  Use of the word Harley-Davidson®, various model names and designations, and OEM part numbers are provided soley
for reference and application information and there is no affiliation between Harley-Davidson®, Inc. and Full Moon Motor Sports, LLC.

8.  Custom work:  custom work to inlucde paint work, powder coating, custom rim designs, are not elgible for a refund.  All custom parts will be covered under their perspective warranty 12 months/12,000 mile warranty which will cover any issues to include, fading, chipping, incorrect color or paint work.  If there are any issues or problems arise that is a fault of Full Moon Motor Sports, we will work and continue to work on the issue until it is resolved.
